What do I do with my Anger?

Help from Ephesians 4:26-27

Part Two includes the last three of six directions on dealing with anger Biblically.

4) Take of Today's Problems today. Don't allow anger to stay inside lest it turn into bitterness. A complementary sermon to the topic of bitterness can be found here

5) Look to Jesus. He is the most powerful, ultimate solution to our problem.

6) Focus on God's sovereign grace & provision. Trust God has a good purpose in it for you. Because He is in control, we can remain calm and composed through difficult times.
