We’re so glad you're considering joining us for Vacation Bible School! It’s our joy to share a fun and Christ-centered time with your child(ren). To help us provide the best experience possible, please take a moment to review the important information below regarding supervision, medical care, and registration requirements.

Supervision and Medical Limitations

Our Vacation Bible School (VBS) is led by a small team of dedicated church volunteers. While every effort will be made to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all children, we are not staffed or equipped to provide one-on-one care or support for children with severe medical, developmental, or behavioral needs. 

We kindly ask that parents of children with significant care requirements (including medical conditions requiring trained personnel) contact us directly before registering, so we can discuss whether our current resources can safely accommodate your child’s needs. The Church's phone number is 281.351.6500. The office is open Tuesday - Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Ready to Register?  Here's Step 1

PLEASE DOWNLOAD the medical release form here. Print it out the number of copies you need for each child. Step 3 will tell you what to do with the filled out form.

Step 2

Fill out the online form & SCROLL all the way through to the ORANGE Submit button. Each child will require a form to be filled out.  After you submit the form, you'll see a message and there will be some text that says "edit response" & also "submit another response".  Click submit another response so that you can complete a form for the next child to be registered.

Step 3

After submitting registration, fill out your medical release form or forms, and email to christil@gcbiblechurch.org
