Him We Proclaim
Speaker: Jason Whitley Series: So Great a Salvation Scripture: Colossians 4:2–6
In exploring the doctrine of salvation, we have considered the substitutionary work of Christ, His redemption for those in slavery and sin, new life from the dead, His justification for the ungodly, His reconciliation of us to God, and our adoption as God’s children. Eternity will not suffice to praise God fully for this wondrous work.
Great as this Gospel is, what do we do with it? In our last sermon, we considered how we must live in light of it. We must also consider that the Bible instructs us to proclaim this Gospel to other souls. the Bible makes it our responsibility to take this Gospel to a dying world.
Two Ways to Proclaim this Great Gospel
- Prayerfully (Colossians 4:2-4)
- Wisely (Colossians 4:5-6)
