The Teacher and the Paralytic

In Mark’s rush to get us to the Calvary, he treats us with another encounter of Jesus that occurs in His healing ministry. This is one of the famous story from the Gospels.  

Four Parts of the Story

1. The preacher is interrupted. (Mark 2:1-2)
2. The paralytic is unhindered. (Mark 2:3-4)
3. The pronouncement is forgiveness. (Mark 2:5-9)
4. The proof is healing. (Mark 2:10-12)
