In every situation we are commanded to set our aims to please God above anything else. This includes when we are trying to resolve conflicts.
Eight Christian Duties in Seeking to Resolve Conflict God’s Way
- Go pursue reconciliation (from last week).
- Aim to please God. (2 Timothy 2:4; Ephesians 4:1-3; 2 Corinthians 5:9,14,15; Proverbs 15:14; Proverbs 16:17)
- Be quick to hear. (Proverbs 18:2,13,17; Philippians 2:3,4; 1 Peter 3:7)
